About the Role: Dispatcher

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage and coordinate logistics operations. The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in overseeing finished product storage and ensuring strict adherence to all safety policies, working closely with the logistics, production, and quality control departments.

Core Operational Duties

• Perform and monitor the receiving of finished products from various sources, including the mill, R1, R2, and R3.
• Provide clear guidance to forklift operators regarding the precise storage locations for finished products, such as the ISPF storage area and the Aramco yard-ISPF annex warehouse.
• Ensure that bundles received from production undergo a re-count of bars for accurate confirmation.
• Execute tasks as instructed by the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics shift supervisor.

Reporting and Inter-Departmental Coordination

• Prepare production reports on a shift-wise and 24-hour basis, ensuring timely submission to the Logistics department supervisor.
• Coordinate effectively with the production department and quality control department on all job-related tasks concerning received finished products.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities

• Understand and strictly follow all organizational Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Adhere to specific safety instructions related to assigned job functions.
• Promptly report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to the concerned staff.
• Maintain all provided PPE in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any form of horseplay and prevent the abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the appropriate responsible party.
• Actively participate in all planned safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to decline any work deemed unsafe.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time Dispatcher role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related operational field. A foundational understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols is beneficial.

This position is based in Dammam, where the Dispatcher will be an integral part of Al Tuwairqi Group's logistics and operational framework.
