Established through a strategic agreement involving the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), FHM provides high-quality vocational and technical training. The center focuses on developing specialized programs that meet industry standards and support workforce growth, preparing learners for careers in facility operations, hospitality services, and related fields.

The Role of Facility Management Trainer

FHM is seeking a Facility Management Trainer to join its team in Dammam. This is a full-time, on-site position where the trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs in facility management. The core objective of this role is to ensure that all training content aligns with current industry standards and FHM’s established curriculum, fostering continuous learning and professional development among trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and develop effective training materials.
• Lead both classroom-based theoretical sessions and practical, hands-on training.
• Assess learner performance through a variety of methods, including assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Provide constructive coaching and feedback to trainees, actively supporting their professional growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and prepare necessary reports.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and management to regularly update course content, integrate best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of all training programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to work on-site in Dammam.
• Proficiency in conducting both classroom instruction and practical, hands-on training sessions.
• Experience level: 0-1 years in a relevant field.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in a collaborative, industry-driven training environment focused on continuous learning and professional development.
