Role Overview

Bayut KSA is seeking an experienced Field Sales Consultant Classifieds to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role requires conducting daily calls and meetings in the market, adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in making informed decisions, and leveraging their business needs to achieve results. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement to closing sales.
• Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
• Educate customers on aligning their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
• Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth.
• Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and creating relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
• Understand customer business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations.
• Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
• Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs.
• Report on sales activity through daily visit reports and market intelligence.
• Represent the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace.
• Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within classifieds or a related industry.
