About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Gate Controller to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is essential for maintaining a secure and safe environment within the company premises, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce company regulations and policies concerning Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE).
Provide assistance to individuals with special needs at the gates.
Support NAPCO management in achieving a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of NAPCO HSSE Procedures.
Safeguard and secure company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, and other risks.
Immediately report any safety or security concerns to the direct supervisor.
Ensure full compliance with NAPCO security procedures by following all security guidelines and completing all required security forms.
Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and premises security.
Follow and implement all security directives from the HSSE department management.
Maintain 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post while on duty.
Respond immediately to any emergency and perform required roles in a timely manner.
Inform and coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues to ensure the application of safety measures and report non-compliance.
Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations caused by employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate with plant management to manage security-related exceptions and ensure efficient and secured premises.
Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience.
Ability to enforce company policies and procedures effectively.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in monitoring surveillance equipment.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Capability to respond to emergencies and manage unusual situations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring consistent presence and vigilance to ensure the security and safety of company assets and personnel.
