General Manager/Country Manager

About the Role

ProPosition Management Search is seeking a General Manager/Country Manager for a multinational client operating in the B2B industry. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves leading business operations and growth across the Gulf region. The role requires extensive managerial experience within complex B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
• Oversee operational and financial controls.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners.
• Ensure effective service delivery to clients.
• Drive business growth initiatives across the Gulf region.
• Maintain P&L accountability for the region.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of major industrial clients in the Gulf region.
• Represent the company in the area.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience within complex B2B environments.
• Proven professional experience in the Gulf region, demonstrating a deep understanding of local business dynamics and multicultural nuances.
• Solid background in operations and managing complex industrial clients.
• Strong expertise in P&L management.

• Ability to simultaneously manage commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the business.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, business development, operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
• Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 800,000 – 850,000 AED.
