The Role of a Guest Experience Expert

We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage their workspace and take necessary actions to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily operational needs effectively.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
Share information on local points of interest with guests.
Ensure that all guest transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
