HR Specialist Heavy Transportation & Logistics

About the Role

Afex Logistics is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on managing human resources operations within the heavy land transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview coordination, and job offer management.
• Oversee employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
• Manage government HR platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and related HR records.
• Coordinate Iqama, work permit, profession changes, and other employee documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee records, and HR-related statistics.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with management on employee performance, promotions, transfers, and other HR decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
• Experience with Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with employees and management.
• Knowledge of the Saudi labor market and recruitment processes is an advantage.
