About the Role

Samaa Technologies Co ltd is seeking an HSE Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are met and exceeded within the Oil & Gas industry. The HSE Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all operational processes adhere to the highest safety standards.

Role Purpose and Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies that align with industry regulations, ensuring employee well-being and minimizing environmental impact.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, utilizing safety management software to document findings and track corrective actions.
• Lead safety training sessions and workshops for employees, enhancing their understanding of safety protocols and fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures into operational processes, ensuring safety is a priority in all business aspects.
• Monitor and analyze incident reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements to reduce workplace accidents and enhance overall safety performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with local and international health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on safety performance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and proposing actionable solutions.
• Manage and oversee emergency response plans, conducting drills and ensuring all employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from employees on safety practices and implementing changes based on their insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with safety management software and incident reporting analysis.
