Logistic Officer

Transportation Department Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review all invoices and requests related to leased vehicles with suppliers across all projects.
• Manage periodic vehicle inspections through the

  Vehicle Safety Center

  .

• Coordinate compliance with the

  Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO)

  .

• Coordinate with the

  Transport General Authority (TGA)

  .

• Manage approved service providers for vehicle oil and filter changes (eg,

  Petromin

  ).

• Manage approved tire suppliers.
• Manage fuel card services (eg,

  Aldrees

  ).

• Coordinate with insurance partners regarding post-accident procedures, vehicle damage assessments, and claims processing.
• Manage the

  TAMM

  system for vehicle registration renewal, issuance and cancellation of driver authorizations, and traffic violation management.

• Coordinate with approved vehicle repair workshops across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Manage approved vehicle transportation providers, such as

  Al Fayez

  or

  Al Bassami

  .

• Follow up on new vehicle warranties with authorized dealers.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• Minimum 01 Year experience Required
• Driving Licensee is Required
