About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance/Shift Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the physical functionality and safety of the hotel property, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Assist with preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs for facilities and equipment.
Document completed inspections and repairs, flagging any issues that require further attention.
