OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring production efficiency and product quality within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector to ensure product requirements conform to standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain proper cleaning of the production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally communicate any machine-related problems to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and actively participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly within a production environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols and active participation in operational processes.
