About the Role

WISKOTS is seeking a Project Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and involves supporting business development activities while managing the complete project lifecycle. The Project Engineer ensures technical quality, client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and documentation standards from initial client engagement through project execution and closeout.

Business Development Support

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions during the BD stage.
• Review client scopes of work, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and execution plans to support tender submissions.
• Develop cost and resource estimates for field-service activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Corporate Services teams to consolidate BD inputs.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and areas requiring clarification during tendering.
• Evaluate site conditions, access requirements, manpower, equipment, and execution feasibility.
• Support the preparation of pre-qualification documents, technical submittals, and client presentations.
• Maintain records of tender submissions, client feedback, and BD pipeline status.

Project Execution and Monitoring

• Develop project execution plans, mobilization schedules, resource-loading plans, and daily production targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, QHSE, and Finance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and resource plans.
• Identify deviations, delays, and cost impacts, reporting them to the Operations Director.
• Support project kickoff meetings, internal handovers, client progress meetings, and closeout activities.
• Control scope changes and ensure all additional work is documented prior to execution.
• Prepare and verify progress quantities, service tickets, timesheets, and invoicing records before submission.

Project Portfolio Management

The Project Engineer is responsible for managing a portfolio of no fewer than ten concurrent projects or assignments per year. This includes maintaining the technical quality, client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and documentation standards required by WISKOTS and its clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Hands-on experience in online leak sealing and related industrial services.
• Sound knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ASME, and API standards.
