RM WAREHOUSE KEEPER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an RM Warehouse Keeper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on effective inventory management and operational support within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply internal company policies and procedures.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources.
• Evaluate and analyze results to create reports that support decision-making processes.
• Organize and plan work activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.
• Effectively liaise with internal and external customers.
• Execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve claims.
• Apply inventory principles, including replenishment techniques, accounting systems, and material/parts requirement planning (*, stock rotation, raw material distributions across multiple warehouses).

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of the NFP business environment and objectives.
• Proficiency in national and foreign languages, both spoken and written.
• Ability to understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
• Knowledge of NAPCO’s machine functions and limitations, tools, and labor for efficient manufacturing.
• Understanding of the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and measurement criteria.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A strong foundation in business acumen, communication, data analysis, and planning is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region, contributing to Napco National's operational efficiency.
