About the Role

Future Pipe Industries is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to be based in Dammam. This full-time role involves leading and governing the implementation of the Group Quality framework across all operating plants and central functions. The successful candidate will drive systemic quality improvements, ensure standardization of Quality Management System (QMS) practices across regions, and strengthen audit governance, certification readiness, and risk mitigation at an enterprise level. This position acts as the second-in-command to the Senior Manager – Quality and will deputize when required.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Group Quality strategy into actionable regional deployment plans.
Drive standardization of QMS implementation across all plants.
Lead cross-functional quality initiatives aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
Identify systemic risks impacting product certification, compliance, and customer acceptance.
Develop annual audit plans to ensure structured coverage of all plants and functions.
Lead complex cross-site audits and high-risk investigations.
Review audit findings across plants and ensure uniform corrective action implementation.
Establish centralized tracking of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) trends and systemic quality gaps.
Support preparation and readiness for third-party audits and surveillance visits.
Conduct gap analysis against international standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure updates to changing national/international standards are implemented group-wide.
Liaise with certification bodies, inspection authorities, and external auditors as required.
Lead Lean Six Sigma–based quality improvement programs.
Drive reduction in defect rates, repair rates, rejection rates, and improve First Pass Yield.
Standardize root cause methodologies across plants.
Benchmark performance and replicate best practices across regions.
Oversee high-impact customer complaints and product failures.
Review root cause quality and corrective action robustness.
Ensure lessons learned are institutionalized across all manufacturing locations.
Present complaint trends and systemic risks to senior management.
Establish group-level dashboards for defect trends, NCR trends, audit findings, customer satisfaction, and site failure data.
Provide consolidated quality performance reports to Senior Manager and VP as required.
Identify predictive indicators to prevent recurring quality issues.
Review and improve Group Quality Manual and procedures.
Drive harmonization of documentation practices across regions.
Ensure calibration, testing protocols, and qualification testing compliance.
Introduce digitalization initiatives within Quality systems where feasible.
Coach plant quality managers and engineers.
Design structured QMS capability framework across plants.
Drive Quality awareness programs and cultural transformation initiatives.
Prepare and manage the Quality training budget.
