Senior Quality Manager

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager - Quality to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading all quality activities within assigned projects or sectors, ensuring adherence to established standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop processes and procedures for various business activities based on the ISO 9001 Standard.
• Provide quality training to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure that Parsons' and client quality requirements are consistently met.
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related issues within the assigned project or sector, engaging with internal and external entities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Standard principles and application.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with project teams and external partners to maintain high-quality standards across operations.
