SALES EXECUTIVE

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their sales career within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the company's full range of products to assigned customers.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities within the designated sales area.
• Process special order requests as needed.
• Collect outstanding invoices in accordance with company aging policies.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
• Identify and report new potential customers in the area to the team leader.
• Engage and sell to all potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, if applicable, and obtain approval from a superior before processing the return.
• Report any unresolved problems or objections encountered to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of customer account reconciliations and secure customer signatures/approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring regular interaction with customers and internal teams. The role involves fieldwork and reporting to a team leader.
