About the Role

Role Overview

The Sales Executive supports Hilton's Sales team by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The position is instrumental in maximizing revenue across all hotel segments and requires a professional approach to customer satisfaction and hotel representation.

Key Responsibilities

Pursue new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings as required.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Coordinate effectively with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure CRM systems are updated.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Work Environment
