About the Sales Optician Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Optician to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively engage with customers, drive sales, and ensure a high standard of service within our optical retail environment. The role is designed for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in the optical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate eyewear products, including frames, lenses, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective execution of promotions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience throughout their journey.
• Address customer inquiries and manage basic complaints effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Accurately read and interpret optical prescriptions.
• Provide support for basic fitting, adjustments, and product selection.
• Assist opticians with technical requirements as needed.
• Verify prescriptions, fittings, and product specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure products are free from defects and match customer orders precisely.
• Support zero-error delivery processes and resolve issues prior to handover.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist with insurance approvals and necessary documentation.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure proper product handling.
• Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all categories.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Support opticians and the sales team during peak periods.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in optical retail.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optics or a related field.

Work Location and Type
