About the Role

Novartis Saudi Arabia | نوفارتس السعودية is seeking a Sales Representative Immunology to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time, field-based position involves connecting healthcare solutions with professionals and patients, focusing on immunology products. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and executing territory plans to achieve sustainable sales growth. This involves high-quality, insight-led, and compliant engagement to ensure impactful healthcare solutions reach those who need them.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve agreed sales, market share, and territory performance targets.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through face-to-face and virtual engagement.
Execute brand and campaign plans using approved product messages and clinical information.
Utilize customer insights, CRM data, and omnichannel tools to prioritize accounts and personalize engagement strategies.
Gather and share customer, market, and competitor insights to enhance business planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other cross-functional partners to address customer and patient needs.
Manage territory resources, forecasting, records, and expenses accurately and responsibly.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in executing sales plans and utilizing customer data.
Understanding of ethical standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
