The Role of Sales Executive

Danube is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring profitability within an assigned product portfolio. The role involves direct customer interaction, sales reporting, and follow-up activities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Meet established sales targets and work towards exceeding them over time.
• Prepare quotations, issue order confirmations, and manage customer correspondence via phone, email, and fax regarding project inquiries.
• Submit sales and collection reports to the Head Office.
• Manage the profitability of the assigned product portfolio.
• Conduct customer visits to identify requirements.
• Provide weekly reports to management detailing business contacts, new customers, and sales performance.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments.
• Oversee product and showroom activities.
• Follow up on customer deliveries and repeat orders.
• Undertake any other assignments consistent with the role's portfolio.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, within a dynamic multinational conglomerate environment. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
