About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a dedicated Salesman, Wholesales to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position is central to achieving sales targets within an assigned territory by effectively managing wholesale customers and fostering strong business relationships to support overall business growth.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market presence. This involves a proactive approach to customer management, from generating sales orders and expanding customer coverage to monitoring collections and maintaining robust relationships with wholesale clients to ensure sustained market presence and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the designated territory.
• Visit wholesale customers regularly according to a predefined route plan.
• Generate sales orders and ensure their timely and accurate execution.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing wholesale customers.
• Identify and acquire new wholesale customers to expand market reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in close coordination with the Finance department.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales and customer visit reports as required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the wholesale sector or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Salesman will primarily operate within an assigned territory, engaging directly with wholesale customers.
