About the Role

Nice One is seeking a Salesperson to represent the company and its products to customers in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on delivering helpful and engaging service, supporting sales growth, and contributing to a positive shopping experience while meeting operational standards.

Role Purpose

The Salesperson builds customer relationships, understands product needs, and provides accurate product information. The primary goal is to support sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product presentation and facilitating smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Promote products, communicate relevant features and benefits, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain current knowledge of product ranges, availability, promotions, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process, handle inquiries courteously, and help resolve concerns in line with company procedures.
• Keep sales areas organized, clean, and well stocked, ensuring products and displays meet visual merchandising standards.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately in accordance with company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
• Check product availability, replenish shelves as needed, and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
• Communicate current offers to customers and help implement in-store promotions and sales activities.
• Follow company procedures for customer service, safety, loss prevention, cash handling, and store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support daily operations, share customer feedback, and help achieve store objectives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, where the Salesperson will work directly with customers and a dedicated team to achieve sales and operational goals.
