About the Role

Nice One is seeking a Salesperson to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on supporting sales growth by identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers in Dammam and surrounding areas.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through customer visits, referrals, inbound inquiries, and other prospecting activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on their needs.
Present product features, benefits, pricing, and applicable terms clearly and accurately.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and other performance targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, order forms, and other sales documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Follow up with prospective customers, provide requested information, and support opportunities through to completion.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues when appropriate.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as customer service, operations, finance, and delivery, to support order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, leads, opportunities, and orders in the company’s systems.
Monitor local market activity, customer feedback, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities in the Dammam area.
Follow company sales processes, pricing guidelines, approval requirements, and customer communication standards.
Prepare sales activity updates and reports, including pipeline status, progress against targets, and relevant market insights.
Attend sales meetings, product training, and other business activities as required.
Represent the company professionally and maintain the confidentiality of customer and business information.
Perform other sales and customer support responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, business development, or a related role is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and communicate product or service benefits effectively.
Strong verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work toward sales targets, follow up consistently, and manage multiple customer opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
Knowledge of the Dammam market and the ability to travel locally for customer visits are preferred.
Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
