Service Project Manager

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Project Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to enhancing global energy solutions and requires an experienced project manager with a background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or mechatronics. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering sustainable energy solutions, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across various locations, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
• Develop and implement structured communication plans to maintain transparency with stakeholders and facilitate milestone tracking.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Utilize Siemens Energy tools and digital platforms for data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and comprehensive reporting.
• Drive change through coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks using procurement plans and responsibility matrices, ensuring project health and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or mechatronics.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and lead diverse teams.

This role is part of the Grid Technology division, which focuses on enabling a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid. The division offers a portfolio of solutions including HVDC transmission, grid stabilization and storage, high voltage switchgears and transformers, and digital grid technology.
