GE Vernova is seeking a Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern region. This role focuses on coordinating and accelerating the flow of materials, both from suppliers and within departments, in alignment with production schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing departmental operations, with a focus on professional activities within a technical discipline.

Role Overview

The Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader operates with a degree of autonomy, guided by established policies and analysis of end results. This position is authorized to modify procedures and practices related to tasks, ensuring that final results meet acceptable standards for quality, volume, and timeliness. The role requires leveraging in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to implement policy and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes, and systems, including preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensure operational alignment with the production plan and key performance indicators.
• Optimize inventory and drive process improvements.
• Exercise judgment to propose solutions outside defined parameters for complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Utilize limited internal and external resources beyond immediate teams to support decision-making.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements.
• Explain information, develop skills to build consensus among team members on domain-specific topics, communicate performance expectations, and manage sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, best practices, and how the role's area integrates with others.
• Working knowledge of market competition and differentiating factors.
