Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join its multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in both pediatric and adult patients. The role involves developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients based on clinical needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Follow professional, clinical, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
