About the Role

Basic Chemical Industries Group (BCIG) is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position is essential for effectively managing the group's financial position, maintaining liquidity, and supporting its operational and strategic objectives.

Role Purpose

The Treasury Supervisor plays a critical role in optimizing the group's financial health through diligent management of credit lines and banking relationships. This involves strategic financial analysis, negotiation, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations to secure the necessary funds for sustained growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage lines of credit to optimize the group's financial position, maintain liquidity, and support its operational and strategic objectives.
• Analyze the group's financial requirements and determine the appropriate amount of credit needed to support operations, expansion, or other financial obligations by establishing lines of credit and negotiating terms, conditions, interest rates, and any associated fees.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management, including maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring covenants, and preparing reports as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations, discuss changes in credit requirements, renegotiate terms, renew lines of credit, and ensure efficient banking services and timely execution of transactions.
• Provide information on projected cash flow, maintain positive cash, optimize working capital, and actively manage liquidity to ensure that the company has the necessary funds to sustain and grow its operations effectively.
• Prepare and present timely and accurate treasury reports to the CFO, highlighting key performance indicators, cash positions, and liquidity forecasts.
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to maintain internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in treasury or a related financial management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing lines of credit and financial instruments.
• Proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining bank relationships.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
