About the Role of Visual Merchandiser

H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating attractive and organized product displays within the showroom to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. The position is based in Dammam, Al Khobar, and Al Hafuf.

Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall visual presentation of the showroom. This includes designing and maintaining engaging displays that align with company standards, responding to promotional activities, and ensuring the showroom remains visually appealing and well-stocked. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and display products in an attractive and organized manner within the showroom.
Implement and adhere to the company’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Update product displays in accordance with current promotions, seasons, and marketing campaigns.
Design and maintain window displays to effectively attract customers.
Ensure the showroom environment is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor displayed stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves.
Utilize lighting, signage, and decorative elements to effectively highlight products.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a showroom environment, requiring a focus on visual presentation and customer engagement. The role involves working as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals across locations in Dammam, Al Khobar, and Al Hafuf.
