About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Warehouse Senior Team Leader to join its operations in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for managing and optimizing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to operational standards. The role requires candidates to possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership capacity.

Leadership and Objective Deployment

The Warehouse Senior Team Leader is responsible for the deployment of departmental objectives and corrective actions as established by the Supply Chain or General Manager. This involves translating strategic goals into actionable tasks and overseeing their execution to ensure the achievement of desired targets within the warehouse environment.

Key Operational Responsibilities

Oversee Raw Material (RM), Other Raw Material (ORM), and Finished Goods (FG) transactions between the warehouse and plant using the ERP system.
Conduct spot audits to ensure that all transactions are accurately reported in accordance with approved Requisition Forms.
Supervise RM/ORM/FG receipt and delivery activities, performing spot audits to verify proper tallying (including weight, hygiene, and label information) before material system receipt and delivery.
Issue invoices and related documentation, ensuring accurate tallying prior to dispatch of goods.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Inspect incoming materials for correct weight, packing mode, condition, and batch numbers.
Physically investigate inventory variances reported by the Accounting department to provide comprehensive feedback.
Receive shipment arrival schedules from the Purchasing department and ensure materials are stored appropriately after Quality Control (QC) checks.
Process "Return Vouchers" for rejected materials, cross-checking content (quantity, item nature, product code) against the Complaint Form before forwarding to the Customer Service Coordinator for resolution.
