About the Role

Alrashed Industrial is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional to prepare architectural CAD drawings and support engineering and project teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural CAD drawings, including shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback from consultants and clients.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate drawings with Project Engineers, site teams, and other disciplines such as Structural and MEP.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards, including SBC and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawing revisions and updates.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or clashes identified during the design or execution stages.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to the project schedule.
• Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and adhere to document control requirements.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Solid experience working with CAD design programs is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in prefabricated or modular construction projects.

Technical Proficiency

• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Revit or other BIM tools.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with shop drawings, IFC drawings, and construction coordination processes.
