Associate Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Nalco Water, Ecolab, a global leader in cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services, is seeking an Associate Procurement Specialist. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to gain experience in logistics and supply chain operations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the full cycle of procurement processes, including conducting Request for Quotations (RFQ), updating prices in the ERP system, and ensuring vendor payment processes.
• Support the Directs procurement team in maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct data gathering exercises, including reviewing supplier transactions and spend.
• Support the Vendor Registration/Update Process and Vendor Credit form applications.
• Update all expired or soon-to-expire supplier certificates.
• Update all overdue Proprietary Information Agreements for suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated motivation and attention to detail.
