As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to making a positive impact. We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Beauty Advisor

The Beauty Advisor delivers exceptional customer service by fostering an inviting, educational, and engaging shopping environment for clients. This full-time role, based in Dammam, requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on demonstrating strong customer service and artistry skills. The Beauty Advisor is responsible for contributing to store financial goals, maintaining a collaborative work environment, and supporting various operational activities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer service and product knowledge, offering full or simple service based on customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed all personal goals to positively contribute to team and store objectives.
  • Represent the Asteri Beauty brand professionally at all times.
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
  • Act with professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any variances to a Manager immediately.
  • Assist in the execution of visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards, ensuring consistent store replenishment.
  • Support the preparation and completion of stock takes as assigned.
  • Accurately process transactions and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system correctly.
  • Arrive for work on time and consistently follow Asteri Beauty's personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Ability to maintain flexible availability to meet business operational needs.
  • Demonstrated customer service and artistry skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
