Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to join its operational team in Dammam. This full-time position is integral to supporting the company's daily activities by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of employees and materials.

Role Overview: Bus Driver

The Bus Driver is responsible for operating various company vehicles, including buses, coasters, and ambulances, to meet diverse transportation requirements. This role demands a strong commitment to safety protocols, adherence to schedules, and effective execution of assigned driving tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-operation checks of the assigned bus or coaster.
• Pick up employees from designated locations and transport them to their respective company sites.
• Report any vehicle issues and facilitate the bus or coaster for necessary repair and maintenance.
• Deliver inter-office mail to various company departments as required.
• Transport employees to the hospital when instructed by the clinic.
• Drive an ambulance for emergency purposes.
• Execute additional duties as instructed by the superior.

Health, Safety, and Environment Compliance

• Understand and strictly adhere to organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow all safety instructions related to assigned driving and operational tasks.
• Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or equipment to the concerned staff.
• Maintain provided PPE in good and workable condition.
• Avoid any horseplay and refrain from abusing safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend all planned safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to refuse any unsafe work.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Bus Driver position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in professional driving roles. This full-time opportunity is based in Dammam and requires a proven track record of safe vehicle operation and adherence to traffic regulations.
