About the Cabin Crew Role at Air Arabia

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image at all times. This is accomplished by enhancing the overall customer experience and providing excellent service to all passengers. A primary focus of the role is ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the complete flight cycle, while maintaining operational readiness and productivity in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, physical fitness, and legal compliance for all assigned flights.
• Attend pre-flight briefings to confirm understanding of flight details, role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures to be followed, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Identify potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Administer first aid to passengers when necessary.
• Promptly inform the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate, of any irregularities or malfunctions observed.
