About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cook III to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a culinary setting. The role focuses on maintaining high culinary standards and contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking in accordance with established recipes or menu specifications.
• Cook food and prepare menu items to a high standard of quality in a timely manner.
• Taste food to ensure correct preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of all surfaces and storage containers within the kitchen area.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg).
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform.
• Completion of safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
