About the Role of Country Manager

Swan Global is seeking a Country Manager to lead operations in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing all business activities and strategic development within the country. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience and offers a salary of 15,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall country operations and business activities.
• Develop and execute medium- and long-term business strategies.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies to expand market presence, increase market share, and drive revenue.
• Set annual sales targets and prepare actionable plans to achieve them.
• Manage and lead the in-country team.
• Oversee stock, company assets, purchasing, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor customer and supplier payments and cash-flow matters.
• Evaluate contracts, proposals, and business requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and relevant international standards.
• Support ERP implementation and system integration.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, operations, and competition.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Country Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing country operations and business development. A strong background in strategic planning and execution is essential for this role.

Work Environment and Compensation
