About the Role

Anton Oilfield Services is seeking a Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, business development, and market expansion across the GCC region. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience and strong relationships within national oil companies, government stakeholders, local partners, and contractors.

Role Context and Impact

The Country Manager will be responsible for developing new markets and managing client portfolios within Saudi Arabia. This senior opportunity involves leading Anton’s operations in the country, with direct responsibility for market growth, client development, and strategic partnerships. The role is critical in shaping Anton’s presence in one of the world's most influential energy markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customers and identify project opportunities in target Middle East markets, aligning with Anton’s long-term growth strategy.
• Lead or support client visits, tender preparation, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and execution follow-up processes.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with National Oil Companies (NOCs), government bodies, agents, and partners to position Anton as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate headquarters and local technical/commercial resources to support service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Report competitor activity, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts, providing strategic insights for regional decision-making.
• Shape Anton’s positioning in Saudi Arabia by identifying long-term opportunities, influencing policy discussions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Drive initiatives to expand Anton’s footprint in Saudi Arabia, including partnerships, joint ventures, and innovative service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in developing new markets and managing client portfolios.
• Strong existing relationships across national oil companies, government stakeholders, local partners, and contractors within the GCC region.
• Experience as a local or regional professional is preferred.
