About Avensys Consulting and the Role

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd, a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Crewing Officer. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The Crewing Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment, crew logistics, and marine compliance for the company's offshore and onshore fleet. This role serves as the primary point of contact for seafarers and is critical for managing vessel operations and regional client approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation, and global rotation management for officers and crew.
Coordinate directly with clients and authorities for client approvals, specifically managing Saudi Aramco Quality and Assurance provisional approvals.
Oversee crew logistics, including sign-on/sign-off procedures, flight bookings, and complex visa processing (*, Letters of Invitation for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman).
Manage compliance and administration tasks such as Flag State Documentation, updating crew certifications, preparing monthly payroll data, and verifying vendor invoices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience as a Crewing Officer within the offshore maritime or oil & gas sector.
Direct experience handling Saudi Aramco CV submissions and approval processes is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of GCC visa regulations, travel mobilization, and flag state documentation.

Essential Skills

Sharp negotiation skills for managing recruitment agents, travel vendors, and service providers.
Exceptional communication skills to serve as the daily liaison between vessels, agents, and management.
