About the Role

Supcon is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and executing digitalization initiatives from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving projects that enhance operational efficiency and technological integration.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of digitalization projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. This includes full participation in project execution from initiation through to closure. Key areas of expertise for these projects include MES, PLS, and WMS.

Project Planning and Execution

A core aspect of this role involves detailed project planning and execution support. Specific duties include:

• Conducting preliminary requirement analysis and preparing comprehensive requirement documentation.
• Assisting in functional design and developing detailed implementation plans.
• Delivering project presentations and providing robust support throughout project execution.

Collaboration and Communication

Effective collaboration and clear communication are central to this position. The Project Manager will engage with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes:

• Collaborating with Solution Architects (SR) in drafting and organizing solution documents.
• Working closely with development teams on functional design and development tasks.
• Managing business communication with clients and technical coordination with developers.
• Translating requirements effectively during project implementation phases.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in project management within digital transformation. Essential requirements include:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically with digitalization projects.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic project environment, adhering to management directives and delivering required work outcomes consistently.
