About the Role

Haier_Saudi is seeking an E-commerce Operation Specialist to manage online sales operations and drive channel development for home appliance platforms in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and focuses on establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key local retailers.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee full-process online sales operation management across local Saudi home appliance vertical platforms, including eXtra and Jarir.
• Drive the data reflux project with cooperative clients, initially through manual reconciliation, progressing to API interface integration for automatic data synchronization.
• Maintain relationships with existing channel clients, encouraging their active participation in brand marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the brand on content and marketing co-creation initiatives to enhance sales growth for channel partners.

Channel Development and Partnership

A primary focus of this role is the development of local home appliance channel clients. The specialist will be responsible for completing client development according to scheduled milestones and establishing long-term, in-depth multi-category cooperative partnerships with key platforms.

Data Management and Sales Growth

The role involves managing data synchronization projects to ensure efficient data flow between Haier_Saudi and its cooperative clients. Furthermore, the specialist will actively work to guide channel partners in marketing efforts and content creation to drive sustained sales growth across all platforms.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, channel development, or online sales management, preferably within the home appliance sector or a similar retail environment.
