About the Role of Electrical Engineer

Crown Holdings, operating as CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and enhancing electrical systems within manufacturing facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machinery, production lines, and plant infrastructure.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations (*, NFPA, IEC).
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and production teams to optimize processes and equipment performance.
• Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Train and mentor junior electrical technicians as required.
• Develop and update electrical documentation and operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations (NFPA, IEC).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working in manufacturing facilities and collaborating with various engineering and production teams to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
