About the Role

SRG is seeking an Electrician Technician for the National Care Company (NCC) in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing essential electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment, supporting continuous production while adhering to QHSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine work priorities and manage maintenance tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems.
• Recommend measures to improve the operations and conditions of machinery and equipment.
• Schedule and execute repair, maintenance, and installation of parts and equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Arrange for the specialist procurement of necessary fixtures, fittings, or components.

Technical Expertise and Development

• Demonstrate full knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and connections.
• Possess the ability to read electrical diagrams, detect faults, and perform repairs.
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to optimize system performance.
• Study existing equipment and machinery to recommend solutions for improved efficiency and stability.
• Develop innovative solutions aimed at reducing operating costs.
• Identify and capture opportunities for enhancing equipment maintainability and reliability.

Safety and Team Support

• Monitor the performance of maintenance personnel and provide guidance.
• Ensure that junior staff receive adequate training and development.
• Direct the training and induction of workers to improve work performance and familiarize them with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere strictly to QHSE procedures during setup, welding, and material handling.
• Perform thorough safety checks on equipment before commencing work.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, goggles, and safety shoes as required by job tasks.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Electrician Technician. The ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity within a manufacturing environment is essential.
