About the F&B Service Expert Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond just serving food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert is instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and proactive engagement.

Core Responsibilities

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for contributing to a positive and memorable guest experience. Key duties include:

• Taking initiative to offer a wide range of services to enhance the guest's meal.
• Assisting with table settings and ensuring readiness for service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring that all guest transactions are perceived as part of a seamless and positive experience.

• Extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
• Navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually checking menu information.
• Performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects. This includes the ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
• Reaching for objects both overhead and below knee level, which may involve bending, body rotations, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience
