About the Finance Director Role at iHR

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Director to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the company's financial strategy, planning, and governance activities. The Finance Director will play a critical role in supporting sustainable growth and achieving business objectives within the human resources industry.

Core Responsibilities

The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and providing strategic insights for executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting processes, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
  • Directing the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and final accounts.
  • Monitoring overall financial performance, providing strategic recommendations, and supporting executive decision-making.
  • Collaborating with various business units to identify financial requirements and optimize resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications and Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is required.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Required Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance is essential, including significant leadership experience.
  • Previous experience within a publicly listed company is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Expertise in corporate governance frameworks and compliance.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of risk management strategies and implementation.
