About the Opportunity

GAC Group is seeking a Finance System Administrator to join its team in Dammam, located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting and optimizing the company’s finance systems throughout Saudi Arabia, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity.

Role Purpose

The Finance System Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of GAC’s financial technology infrastructure. This involves ensuring smooth system operations, managing accurate master data, and facilitating seamless integrations across various business applications, including core systems such as ******** and Eyeshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ********, Eyeshare, and other finance-related systems.
• Manage customer and vendor master data, including onboarding processes, credit limits, and banking information.
• Monitor system integrations and workflows to ensure accurate and uninterrupted data flow.
• Manage user access, security roles, approval limits, and delegation settings within finance systems.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for finance system users.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and the implementation of new features.
• Provide user training, maintain system documentation, and support audit requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in finance system administration or a directly related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial system operations and support.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a team dedicated to maintaining robust and efficient financial systems for the GAC Group in the Eastern region.
