General Field Operator (Coiled Tubing)

About the Role

TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) is seeking a General Field Operator (Coiled Tubing) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for the maintenance and operation of Coiled Tubing and Stimulation equipment, ensuring it remains in safe and proper working condition according to company procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain low-pressure and high-pressure pumping equipment, including fluid and N2 pumping.
• Operate and maintain Coiled Tubing Equipment and Data Acquisition Systems.
• Perform rig-up and rig-down procedures for the TAQA Coiled Tubing Package.
• Maintain the assigned Coiled Tubing Package, container, and PCE trailer.
• Utilize basic downhole tools and manage pipe operations.
• Execute standalone pumping and pressure testing jobs.
• Maintain package documentation in accordance with TAQA Coiled Tubing standards and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all jobs are performed as per the Scope of Work and relevant TAQA documents.

Workforce Development and Operational Excellence

The General Field Operator will contribute to workforce development by mentoring and training other operators. This role also involves adhering to departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent work execution and contributing to cost-efficient resource usage to minimize waste.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)

A strong commitment to QHSE is essential. The operator must adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions, and controls to ensure TAQA provides a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public, and its employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
