The Role: Coil Tubing Equipment Operator

As a Coil Tubing Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for leading onsite operations, supporting teams, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards. This contract position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and involves addressing complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and operate company Coiled Tubing equipment to and from job sites, adhering to convoy and safety procedures.
• Participate in pre-job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Promote company-approved safety and operational policies at the wellsite, ensuring both company and customer job objectives are met.
• Rig up and rig down equipment according to company and customer standards.
• Prepare and mix chemicals as per job procedures.
• Operate auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report defects to the Field Supervisor.
• Develop required skills as outlined in the Competency Task Sheet.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is clean and job-ready.
• Inspect and repair treating connections as needed.
• Complete all required job logs, checklists, and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized base yard and Coiled Tubing equipment.
• Attend required HSE training and support Service Quality initiatives.
• Execute jobs according to the job program and customer requirements, applying Management of Change (MOC) when necessary.
• Review and ensure Service Quality (SQ) compliance before and during job execution.
• Ensure all job execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Mentor junior equipment operators, supporting their skill development in a safe and efficient manner.
