About the Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Government KAM Eastern Senior Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supervising and guiding complex activities, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. Core Responsibilities

Government Key Account Management

This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with government healthcare institutions. Specific functional responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute key account plans to strengthen partnerships with government healthcare institutions across the Eastern Region.
• Analyze government customer needs and recommend tailored commercial solutions to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of government tenders, contracts, and account requirements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to expand SPIMACO's presence within assigned government customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Review sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend actions that improve business results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical standards during all customer engagements.
• Support and guide the account management team by sharing best practices and resolving complex customer-related issues.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a proven track record in supervising teams and managing key government accounts.
