About the Guest Service Agent Role

Sheraton in Dammam is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our full-time team. This role is central to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, moving beyond standard check-ins and check-outs. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests through their entire stay and ensuring that all transactions feel like an integrated part of their overall experience.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. These responsibilities include:

• Processing operational needs efficiently.
• Addressing and resolving guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Completing required reports accurately.
• Sharing highlights and information about the local area with guests.

• Engaging in a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
• Handling objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
