About the Role

Sabaq Resources is seeking a Heavy Truck Driver to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves the safe and efficient transportation of containers, cargo, equipment, and other assigned loads, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all relevant regulations and company procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy trucks safely and efficiently, complying with company policies and traffic laws.
Transport containers, cargo, and equipment to designated locations according to approved schedules.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
Verify cargo details, container numbers, delivery instructions, and transport documentation before departure.
Ensure proper cargo securing and compliance with load distribution and transportation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and proof of delivery.
Coordinate with customers, ports, terminals, warehouses, customs authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
Report delays, accidents, incidents, breakdowns, or safety concerns promptly.
Support loading, unloading, container pickup, and return activities when required.
Comply with all HSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Certificate or equivalent.
Valid Saudi Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
2-5 years of experience in heavy truck driving.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, focusing on logistics and transportation operations within the company's network. The role requires consistent adherence to safety protocols and efficient management of delivery schedules.
